Who is this program best suited for?
Hitters who are ready for a structured, ongoing plan rather than a single lesson — this isn't a drop-in service, it's a 12-week commitment.
How is the training customized?
We start with a full swing assessment using HitTrax data and video, then build a training plan around each hitter's specific needs and goals.
How often will my hitter train?
Twice a week, in a small group, for the full 12-week term — enough volume to actually change a swing, not just tune it up.
What if my hitter is coming off a slump or a tough season?
A slump is a state of mind. Hitting is a game of failure — our goal is to help hitters "fail less" and build a level of consistency that creates true confidence: confidence in the approach, confidence in the process over the result, and confidence that slumps don't last.
