Command the Mound
We build pitchers who stay healthy and throw harder — in that order, because you can't build real velocity on top of an unhealthy delivery.
Ages 11–14 · 4-week sessions · $375 each
Health. Velo.
In that order, on purpose — you can't build real velocity on top of an unhealthy delivery.
Health
A durable, repeatable delivery and real arm care programming — so a pitcher is still on the mound in June, not shut down in March.
Velo
Built on top of a healthy foundation — real velocity gains that hold up over a full season, not just a bullpen.
Real Feedback. Every Session.
"My son worked with Dave for 4 weeks and I've never seen his arm look more live. Better command, a little more zip, and most importantly, he's conditioned."
Every piece of the arm.
One system.
Velocity without health doesn't last. A big arm without command doesn't win games. Pitchline trains the whole picture, not one piece of it.
- ➤ Biomechanical & video delivery assessment
- ➤ Mechanics & sequencing refinement
- ➤ Velocity development
- ➤ Arm care & durability programming
- ➤ Command & pitch execution work
Led by Dave & Grayson
Two coaches, one system — the same two people who built the plan are the ones running it.
Dave Boyza
Dave Boyza has spent the last 20 years training athletes, working with players at every level to build real, lasting development.
Grayson Walker
Grayson is a talented pitcher who played at Dickinson College before transferring to Duke University. In 2023, he ranked 20th nationally in NCAA Division III strikeouts per nine innings (K/9). He brings his playing experience, baseball knowledge, and passion for the game directly to Pitchline's athletes.
Built on Hitline's
coaching & mound work.
Pitchline is run by Dave and Grayson — an ongoing development plan, not a single lesson.
Initial Assessment
We start with a full delivery breakdown — video and mound work with Hitline's coaching staff to identify exactly what's costing velocity, command, or health, and set measurable goals from day one.
Personalized Development
Every pitcher's plan is built around what their assessment actually found — not a one-size-fits-all bullpen.
- Delivery & mechanics drill work
- Arm care & recovery programming
- Ongoing video review & adjustments
Command & Live Execution
Mechanics mean nothing without command. Pitchers work live mound reps to translate what's built in training into what shows up in a real outing.

Good to Know
Who is this program best suited for?
Pitchers ages 11–14 who are ready for a structured, ongoing plan rather than a single lesson — this isn't a drop-in service, it's a 4-week commitment.
How is the training customized?
We start with a full delivery assessment using video and mound work, then build a training plan around each pitcher's specific needs and goals.
How often will my pitcher train?
Twice a week, for each 4-week session.
What about holidays?
Thanksgiving (Nov 26), Christmas Day (Dec 25), and New Year's Day (Jan 1) are off days, and the schedule is adjusted that week.
Do I need to commit to all three sessions?
No — sign up for one session at a time, or lock in all three together for $950 and save $175.
How do you handle arm health and workload?
Arm health isn't a separate add-on — it starts with the initial delivery assessment and stays built into every session from there. Workload and volume are managed around each athlete's age and stage, not a one-size-fits-all pitch count, and mobility and arm care principles are woven into the training itself rather than treated as extra homework.
What does it cost?
$375 per 4-week session (two sessions a week), or $950 for all three. You can reserve your spot online, or book a quick call first if you have questions.
What if my pitcher misses sessions?
Missed sessions aren't refunded. If a pitcher ends up missing a significant number of sessions, we'll hold a credit toward the next cohort.
Reserve your spot.
Each session is limited to 10 pitchers to keep coaching attention high. Pick a session above, or talk to Dave first.
